At Supplement Mart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unopened products in their original packaging. Please ensure all seals are intact to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unopened supplements in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
