Directions of Use

• Adults: Take 1 tablet daily with food or advised by your health professional. 

Always read the label and follow the directions for use. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Vitamin and/or mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester. This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. WARNING - Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. Contains Vitamin B6. Contains phenylalanine. If you are taking any medications or have any existing health conditions, always talk to your health professional before use. Take at least two hours away from pharmaceutical medications.
