Each tablet contains:

• Calcium Pantothenate: 300mg, equiv. to Pantothenic Acid 274.83mg, equiv. to Calcium 25.17mg
• Inositol: 100mg.
• Silica – Colloidal Anhydrous: 53.5mg, equiv. to Silica 25mg.
• Zinc Sulfate Monohydrate: .41.16mg, equiv. to Zinc 15mg
• Nicotinamide: 20mg.
• Riboflavin: 5mg.
• Biotin: 2.5mg.
• Folic Acid: 90mcg.

Free from: dairy, lactose, gluten, wheat, yeast, starch, nuts, animal products, preservatives and artificial flavours. 

Directions of Use

• Adults: take 1 tablet a day with food or as advised by your health professional.
